Do I need internet?
No. Reminders work offline. Internet is only needed for family controls and sync.
Which devices does it work on?
iOS 14+ and Android 8+.
How many medications can I add?
Basic — 7; Plus and Family — unlimited.
Billing
What happens after 14 days?
No automatic charges — you pick the plan yourself.
How do I cancel?
From settings in one tap. Everything works until the end of the period.
How does the Family plan work?
For 3 or 5 people. Separate accounts, single payment.
Will you refund me?
Within the first 14 days — full refund.
Can a caregiver pay for me?
Yes. On Family, one person pays for everyone.
Security
Is my data safe?
TLS 1.3 in transit, AES-256 at rest. The key stays with you.
Who can see my data?
Only you and the caregiver you authorize. No one else.
What if SOS triggers by accident?
The slider must be held for 3 seconds. A tap won't trigger it.
Does my data go to tabib.today?
Only if you connect it. Otherwise — no.
Technical
What if notifications don't arrive?
Settings → Notifications → tablet.today — enable it.
Can I move to a new phone?
Yes. Sign in with the same phone number and everything restores.
Does it work offline?
Reminders — yes. Family controls — internet required.
Do I need a Bluetooth microphone?
No. No extra hardware needed.
